The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Remove the grease dripping down into the electrical outlets behind the gyros machine and install a working grease catch for the hood above said area.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. The dirty knives and the holder they were in were washed, rinsed and sanitiized at this time.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The ice machine has some light buildup inside which needs to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The damaged floor tiles in front of the 3-comp sink need to be replaced.

All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Any open #10 cans of food must be transferred to regular food containers after opening.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Following need cleaning: exterior sides of grill/bulk food containers in rear, interior floors of reach-in coolers/freezer due to food debris.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors along walls of walk-in cooler need cleaning.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Any water-stained ceiling tiles at mezzanine level (for dry storage), must be replaced.

WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE FOOD DISPENSING UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT UNTIL IT IS CLEAN, SANITARY AND MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
THE KNIFE HOLDER IS DIRTY IN THE REAR PREP AREA. WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE FOOD UTENSILS AND HOLDERS UNTIL CLEAN, SANITARY AND MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS.
