All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The ice machine door interior is greasy and the walk in cooler fan guards are dirty. Wash, rinse and sanitize in detail. Repair the damaged and unsanitary interior floor of the 3-door reach in prep cooler.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. Replace the missing light Shields above the stove and ice machine. Clean out the grill area shields and replace burned out bulbs.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. Put the ice scoop back on the holder in the machine when finished using.
Complete the mop sink repairs,install hot and cold water faucets and dackflow prevention if you want to hook up a hose.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Repair the floor drain area under the 3-comp sink so it doesn't collect water and debris.
