THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN CLOSET WITH THE CATCH BASIN IS DIRTY AND GREASY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREA AND MAINTAIN IN A SANITARY MANNER ON A DAILY BASIS.
THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK HAS LOW HOT WATER PRESSURE, REPAIR PLUMBING. THE HANDSINK FAUCET AREA IN THE SECOND FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOM IS DAMAGED AND LEAKING, REPAIR THE PLUMBING. ONE OF EIGHT BATHROOM STALLS IS NOT WORKING IN THE 2ND FLOOR GIRLS WASH ROOM, REPAIR PLUMBING.
THE 2 DOOR LOWBOY COOLER IS NOT WORKING, REPAIR OR REMOVE THE UNIT.
THE PIPES IN THE SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOMS ARE PEELING, REMOVE PAINT AND RESEAL PIPES.
