OBSERVED LIVE COCKROACHES IN THE PREP AREA. OBSERVED 10 LIVE COCKROACHES ON THE WALLS, INSIDE THE POWER BOX TO THE DISHMACHINE, BEHIND THE DISHMACHINE, ABOVE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK ON A SHELF. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED. CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
