The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZER AND IN ALL CORNERS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS AROUND 3-COMP. SINK AND PROVIDE MISSING WALLBASE IN TOILET ROOM.
PROVIDE A LIGHT FOR WALK-IN FREEZER/AND OR REPAIR CONTROL FOR LIGHT SWITCH.
MUST FIX AND MAINTAIN THE LEAKS AT THE BASE OF BOTH FAUCETS ON THE 3-COMP. SINK.
