All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.OBSERVED THE FAN GUARD COVER IN THE WALK-IN COOLER NOT CLEAN INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.
