(HIGH TEMPERATURE--MUST PROVIDE 180F OR ABOVE FOR FINAL RINSE WITH TEMPERATURE GAUGE, LOW TEMPERATURE--MUST PROVIDE 100PPM CHLORINE CONCENTRATION (CHEMICAL SANITIZER) OR 200 PPM (QUATERNARY AMMONIUM).
