The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair FLOORS ARE THICK WITH GREASE IN THE BACK PREP AREAS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THEM AND CHANGE MOP HEADS OFTEN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALLS IN THE BASEMENT IN THE FOOD STORAGE AREA HAS PEELING PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE PEELING PAINT AND PAINT SAME. THE MENS TOILET ROOM HAS GRAFFITO ALL OVER THE WALLS AND CEILING. INSTRUCTED TO PAINT SAME.

All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. NO HOT WATER ON SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
