All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units.MUST PROVIDE FOR ALL FREEZERS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN MENS WASHROOM AND REAR DRY STORAGE ROOM MUST REPLACE. WALL AT WALL MOUNTED KNIFE HOLDER IN FOOD PREP MUST CLEAN. CEILING VENT PIPING WITH DUST MUST CLEAN.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.LIGHTING THROUGHOUT KITCHEN MUST SHIELD.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. MUST REMOVE ALL CLUTTER AROUND HANDSINK AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST INSTALL SPLASH GUARDS BETWEEN DRAINBOARDS AND HANDS SINKS IN FRONT BAR AREA AND REAR PREP AREA. MUST INSTALL. MUST PROVIDE COVERS FOR ICE BINS AND GARBAGE CANS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. OBSERVED X5 CUSTOMERS SMOKING INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT .SITTING BY THE BAR AND DINING AREAS AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUED 7-32-015. CLEAN INDOOR AIR ORDINANCE.
MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL ALL THE EXTERIOR OF THE GRILL, DEEP FRYER, OVEN AND STOVE AND MAINTAIN.
DAMAGED CEILING TILES INSIDE THE STORAGE ROOM IN THE REAR AREA, INSIDE THE MEN'S WASHROOM. MUST REPLACE. CEILING VENTS INSIDE BOTH WASHROOM WITH DUST BUILT UP. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN. MUST ADJUST THE THRESHOLD OF THE FRONT MIDDLE DOOR.
ALL STOCKS, CANNED FOODS MUST BE ELEVATED FROM THE FLOOR AT LEAST 6 INCHES.
