The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN WALLS AT REAR FRONT OF PIZZA OVEN BY EXPOSE HAND WASH SINK WITH SPLASH OF TOMATO SAUCE.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE SINK DARIN STOPER IN THE MIDDLE OF 3COMP.SINK WITH HOLE, AND REPAIR SOME CHAIRS IN THE DINING WITH DAMAGED COVERS.
