FOOD SPLATERED ON WALL IN CAFETERIA WHICH NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. AT SECOND FLOOR RESTROOM NOTED HOLES IN WALLS INTRUCTED MANGEMENT TO SEAL ALL HOLES. AT ROOM 102 NOTED OPEN VOIDS AROUND PIPING WHICH NEEDS TO BE SEALED. WALLS AT ROOM 102 HAS PEELING PAINT TO BE RESEALED.
NOTED VENTIATION DUSTY AT PARENT RESOURCE AREA AND CAFETERIA NEEDS CLEANING. AT THE LOWER LEVEL(BASEMENT) BOY'S RESTROOM HANDSINK LOOSE AND FAUCET HANDLE LOOSE INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REPAIR BOTH. GIRL'S RESTROOM AT BASEMENT LEVEL-HANDSINK CRACKED NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED.
STEAMER AT CAFETERIA HAS LIME BUILDUP WHICH NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
AT ROOM 303 CLUTTER NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM GYM STORAGE ROOM. CLUTTER IS A HARBORAGE FOR RODENTS.
