MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY ITEMS FROM REAR STORAGE TO AVOID CLUTTER. SOME ITEMS STORED ALONG WALL BLOCKING VIEW OF LOWER WALL. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL ANY HOLES ONCE ITEMS ARE REMOVE AND/OR CLEAN ANY DROPPINGS IF OBSERVED.
All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS UNDER BATHROOM SINK IN CABINET. ALSO UNDER SHELF ON SELLING FLOOR WHERE DETERGENT LOCATED. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE WHERE NOTED.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SEAL HOLES IN WALL UNDER SINKS. ALSO PROVIDE A WALL COVING IN WASHROOM ALONG WALLBASE WHERE NEEDED.
