Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. MUST INSTALL BACK FLOW PRVENTION DEVICE ON MOP SINK. MUST REPAIR URINAL SO ALL WASTE LIQUID COMPLETELY FLUSHES DOWN DRAIN.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. All cold food shall be stored at a temperature of 40F or less. FOUND APPROXIMATELY 10LBS COOKED LAMB CURRY IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED TWO DOOR COOLER AT 48.9F AND 5LBS COOKED CHICKEN CURRY AT 46.9F. ALL FOODS DISCARDED.

ALSO UNUSED COOLER ON COOKS LINE TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. TEMPERATURE AT 55F. MUST NOT USE UNTIL REPAIRED.

NO CHLORINE SANITIZING RINSE WAS DETECTED AT THE LOW TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINE. UNIT WAS NOT IN USE DURING THE INSPECTION. MUST MAINTAIN A FINAL RINSE OF 100 PPM CHLORINE. ECOLAB TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ONSITE AND GAVE THEM A NEW BUCKET OF SANITIZER FOR THE MACHINE. FINAL RINSE OF 100PPM AT END OF INSPECTION. NO CITATION ISSUED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
