MUST CLEAN THE INTERIOR BOTTOM OF THE CABINET UNDER THE SINK IN THE RESIDENT'S LUNCH ROOM AND MAINTAIN. NEED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL THE SIDE EXTERIOR OF ONE OF THE STOVE AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED FLOOR TILES BEHIND THE VENDING MACHINE CRACKED, NOT IN GOOD REPAIR. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. ALSO MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR UNDER THE SHELVINGS INSIDE THE WALK IN FREEZER AND MAINTAIN.
WALLS WITH PEELING PAINT IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: INSIDE THE EMPLOYEE'S WASHROOM UNDER THE WASHBOWL SINK,INSIDE THE MOP SINK ROOM, MUST REMOVE THE PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT.. WATER STAINED CEILING TILES INSIDE THE SKILLED STAFF WASHROOM, MUST REPLACE CEILING TILES.

Floor behind cooking equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
Coving tile along wallbase in kitchen not maintained. Instructed to caulk and reseal gap between floor and wallbase.
Can opener attached to prep table not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize after every use.
