The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REPLACE CRACKED FLOOR TILES AT KITCHEN STAFF MENS TOILET ROOM. PAINT AND OR REMOVE RUST ON WALK-IN COOLER FLOOR. DETAIL CLEAN FLOOR DRAINS AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND UNDER DISHMACHINE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. CLEAN WALLS IN LUNCHROOM, COMPRESSOR INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER AND INSIDE COMPRESSOR ROOM INSIDE KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING PANELS IN DRY FOOD STORAGE ROOM AND TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OPENING AT CEILING IN BOYS TOILET ROOM ON 1ST. FLOOR.
REPLACE CRACKED LIGHT SHIELD BY KITCHEN STAFF TOILET ROOMS, PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS FOR LIGHT BULBS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER AND WALK-IN FREEZER, AND CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS IN LUNCHROOM TO REMOVE SPILLS.
REPAIR LEAKS AT FAUCET NECK AT ONE COMPARTMENT SINK IN TEACHERS LOUNGE, FAUCET NECKS AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, AND AT BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE AT WALL IN UTILITY SINK CLOSET ON 1ST. FLOOR.
