The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.OBSERVED 3RD FLOOR BOYS RESTROOM CEILING FILLED WITH WET TOILET PAPER INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND CLEAN.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.OBSERVED THE 3RD. FLOOR LADIES ROOM 1 LIGHT OUT AS WELL AS 1ST FLOOR 1 LIGHT OUT INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE, ALSO 1ST. FLOOR LADIES ROOM LIGHT SHIELD BROKEN INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE.
OBSERVED THE 3RD. FLOOR LADIES REST ROOM HOT WATER NOZZLE( 1ST. SINK) LEAKING AT THIS TIME INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.

INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ABOVE ITEMS, AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE FOOD TRAY.

The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.OBSERVED 3RD FLOOR MEETING ROOM VENTS DUSTY INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.

EXCESSIVE DEBRIS THRU-OUT, PREP AREA, MOP CLOSETS, BOILER ROOM AND STORAGE ROOMS, MUST CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT.
MUST REPAIR CEILING INSIDE 4TH FLOOR WASHROOM IN 1ST SCHOOL BUILDING.
INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE BROKEN FAUCET INSIDE 4TH FLOOR WASHROOM, EAST SIDE OF SCHOOL MAIN BUILDING.
EXCESSIVE CLUTTER THRU-OUT, MOP CLOSETS, BOILER ROOM AND STORAGE ROOMS; INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEAN AND ORGANIZE. ARTICLES MUST BE STORED OFF FLOORS, AWAY FROM WALLS.
