A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. Minor violation #32-must provide a splashguard between handsink & 3-comp sink, not corrected at this time (from 2/11/09 visit, report #154644).
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Loose baseboard under 3-comp sink must be fixed, to prevent pest harborage. Must also clean dusty fan guards of coolers.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. All wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution at all times.

NO METAL STEM THERMOMETER AVAILABLE TO CHECK INTERNAL FOOD TEMPERATURES. All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units.
THE ICE MACHINE HAS A DIRTY BUILDUP INSIDE OF THE MACHINE, HAVE THE MACHINE SANITIZED AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.

ALL EMPLOYEES MUST USE HAIR RESTRAINTS AT ALL TIMES.
MUST CLEAN FLOORS AT REAR PREP AREA. MUST ALSO REPAIR OR REPLACE BROKEN FLOOR TILES BY THE EXPOSED HAND SINK.
