All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST REMOVE POP CRATES THAT ARE BEING USED FOR SHELVING FROM SIDE AREA BY ICE CREAM FREEZERS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SHELVING THAT MUST BE ATLEAST 6' OFF THE FLOOR.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE EXTERIOR/INTERIOR OF ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT-REMOVE GREASE, DIRT AND FOOD BUILD UP.
