THREE COMPARTMENT SINK NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. WATER AT THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AT 88 DEGREES F. MUST ADJUST SO THAT HOT WATER AT THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IS 110-120 DEGREES F FOR MANUAL DISHWASHING.
