All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Found some unnecessary items on shelving units tools, rags,etc. Moreover, all shelving units must be wiped down.
Found floors not clean at dishwashing areas.
Found some light fixtures not shielded properly.

DRY STORAGE AREAS NEED CLEANING AND ORDER.
Found following equipment not clean: appliances, stove, top of dismachine, and shelving units/tables.
FOUND NO BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES AT COFFEE MACHINE, SODA MACHINE, HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE.
