All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REMOVE ALL THE TIN FOIL FROM THE PIPES AND GREASE TRAP UNDERNEATH THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.

PROVIDE A UTILITY / MOP SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE TO THE PREMISES. NOTE-MOP SINK IN STORE ROOM NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The floor behind the kitchen counter is dirty and the baseboards around the kitchen and back room perimeter have expanding foam sticking out of gaps, trim, reseal and clean the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. The basement is cluttered with old boxes, clean the basement floor.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. The glass bulbs above the food prep area have no shields, install light shields.
