All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY CLUTTER FROM ESTABLISHMENT IN REAR PREP AREA CORNERS AND PREP TABLES. ITEMS STORED ON TOP OF TABLES AND OTHER AREAS CAUSING CLUTTER TO PREMISES. STORE ALL CLOTHING ITEMS AND SHOES PROPERLY IN OFFICE OR AREA LEADING TO OFFICE WHERE THERE IS NO FOOD STORAGE.
