All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN SLUSH PUPPIE MACHINE, MILK DRIP TRAY, SODA NOZZLE NESTEA, CLEAN INTERIOR OF CABINET DOORS DUNKIN SIDE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE REAR PREP TABLE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.CLEAN FLOOR IN REAR CORNERS AROUND UTILITY SINK UNDER REAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, ALSO ELEVATE ALL SUBWAY BAG-N-BOX, CHIPS 6' OFF THE FLOOR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.OBSERVED THE REAR CEILING WITH WATER DAMAGED TILES INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE.
