FOUND OLD UNUSED EQUIPMENT, BOXES, BAG ECT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE CLUTTER AND CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
PROVIDE FLOOR DRAIN COVER IN THE FURNACE ROOM.
