All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Missing part of a drawer panel by ice bin must be fixed/replace.
One copy of the Food Inspection Report Summary must be displayed and visible to all customers. Last summary report from 5/15/09 not posted for customers view. It was inside the last inspection report, that was kept with the files. Must display/post summary report visible to all customers.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Interior floor of rear cooler, interior of some cabinets at front prep area need cleaning due to spills/food stains.

MUST REPAIR CRACKED GLASS AT SNEEZE GUARD AROUND COFFEE PREP AREA.
MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE FLOORS AT MAIN COFFEE PREP AREA AND REAR AREA TO REMOVE COFFEE SPILLS, COFFEE STAINS AND COFFEE GROUNDS.
MUST PROVIDE MISSING SINK STOPPER AT 3COMP SINK.
