All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. NO HOT RUNNING WATER AT ANY SINKS ON SITE. MUST PROVIDE AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF ALL CABINETS AND STORAGE SHELVES IN FRONT PREP AREA. ALSO CLEAN COUNTER TOPS UNDER ALL TABLE TOP EQUIPMENT AND REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS BUILD UP. Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST BETTER ORGANIZE REAR STORAGE,DISH WASHING,EMPLOYEE BREAK AND OFFICE AREAS. REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND BETTER ORGANIZE REMAINING ITEMS.
