OBSERVED BLACK SLIME SUBSTANCE INSIDE UPPER PANEL ICE/WATER RESERVIOR WHERE ICE IS MADE AND STORED. INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD ALL ICE AND SANITIZE ALL EFFECTED AREAS. MACHINE TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AND MUST NOT USED UNTIL INSPECTED BY C.D.P.H.
