The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BASE AND ALL CORNER ,UNDER THE WIRE RACKS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER, INSIDE THE WALK IN FREEZER AND UNDER ALL THE STORAGE SHELVINGS AND MAINTAIN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE CEILING VENT ABOVE THE OVEN AND MICROWAVE,WITH DUST BUILT UP.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. BURNED OUT LIGHT BULB ABOVE THE DINING AREAS. MUST REPLACE.

Walls in rear prep area by prep table not clean need detailed cleaning, ceiling tiles in front prep areas need detailed cleaning.
