All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Must remove any cardboard liners on shelves & bottom of prep tables, & maintain smooth/easily cleanable.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Must remove any soda crates used for storage racks & replace with regular shelves that is accessible for cleaning.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Any walls with food stains must be kept cleaned & maintained.
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. Must provide a self closing-device at bathroom door.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REMOVE ICE BUILDUP FROM THE COILS OF THE FREEZER.
A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served. NO CERTIFIED MANAGER WAS PRESENT WHEN TURKEY DELI SANDWICHES ARE BEING PREPARED.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE ICE DISPESING CHUTE IS DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE ICE MACHINE.

NO CERTIFIED FOOD SERVICE MANAGER WAS PRESENT WHEN HAM SANDWICHES ARE BEING PREPARED.
MUST CLEAN FLOORS TO REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS.
