In food establishments, there shall be adequate sewage and waste water disposal facilities that comply with all the requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago.OBSERVED 3- COMPARTMENT SINK WHEN WATER IS RELEASED FROM SINK WATER DRAINS TO OPEN SITE FLOOR DRAIN AND THEN POOLING ALL OVER FLOOR,WASTE WATER NOT PROPERLY DRAINING INTO FLOOR DRAIN.A PLUMBER ARRIVED ON SITE TO CORRECT VIOLATION.MUST MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.ICE DISPENSER ON SODA MACHINE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST SEAL WALL BEHIND HOT WATER TANK,NEAR REAR EXIT DOOR & WALLBASES IN SAME AREA,SEAL ALL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES AND WIRES LEADING INTO WALLS & CEILINGS.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces.FRONT PREP AREA.

MUST CLEAN FLOOR IN WALK IN FREEZER ALONG WALL BASE. ALSO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOOR DRAIN BY UTILITY SINK IN REAR OF KITCHEN. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT.
CLEAN THE LIGHT SHIELDS THROUGHOUT SOME HAS DUST BUILDUP.
3-COMPARTMENT SINK FAUCET HAS A STEADY STREAM OF WATER WHEN WATER IS OFF. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FAUCET.
