Caulk around 3 compartment sink, and exposed hand sink in prep area in state of disrepair, shall be replaced. Walk in cooler, and walk in freezer had peeling paint, rust, shall be repair.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, storage shelving racks, cabinet shelving not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment(ovens), and rear storage shelving areas need detailed cleaning(corners).
Ceiling tiles in kitchen prep area not clean need detailed cleaning, walls by 3 compartment sink, prep table not clean need cleaning(detailed).
Light shields in kitchen prep area(rear) not clean needs detailed cleaning. Light shields in front prep area need cleaning.
EXhaust vents(ventilation) in kitchen prep area, coolers not clean need detailed cleaning.
