INSTRUCTED TO STORE I A SEPARATE CLEAN CONTAINER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.--- INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY STORED WASHCLOTHS IN A CLEAN BUCKET WITH SANITIZING SOLUTION.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS THROUGHOUT PREP AREA ESPECIALLY ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS WITH GREASE AND DRIED FOOD DEBRIS ACCUMULATION.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Floor along wallbase and behind equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily.
Walls not maintained in several areas. Instructed to seal holes and repaint walls.
