All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.BAR GUN CONNECTIONS NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED DIRECTLY INTO FLOOR DRAINS AS REQUIRED,MISSING ICE BIN COVER AT BAR.

FOUND 2 ICE MACHINES IN BASEMENT AREA WITH MOLD BUILD-UP DRIPPING ONTO TO ICE FOR SERVICE. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MACHINES AT ALL TIMES. MACHINES ARE BEING TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AT THIS TIME. CONTACT CDPH VIA FAX WHEN READY FOR TAGS TO BE REMOVED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005(A) CITATION ISSUED.
