The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.OBSERVED THE BASEMENT FLOOR DRAIN NOT CLEAN IN FRONT OF WALK-IN COOLER ALSO BEHIND THE BAR 1ST. FLOOR NOT CLEAN UNDER AND AROUND EQUIPMENT, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. OBSERVED FRONT BAR GUN HOLDER NOT CLEAN INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE.ALSO CLEAN 1STR FLOOR 2 DOOR COOLER FAN GUARD COVER.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.OBSERVED DIRTY LIGHT SHIELD IN MAIN PREP AREA AND MISSING LIGHT SHIELDS IN BASEMENT PREP AND DISH AREA ALSO IN HOOD OVER STOVE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND PROVIDE SHIELDS TO THE ABOVE SPACES.
