The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Clean and smooth out the walls behind the dishmachine and three comp sink.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. Replace the light shield in the walk-in cooler.

MUST REMOVE EXCESS ICE BUILD-UP AT ICE BOX FREEZERS IN THE BASEMENT.
MUST CLEAN FOOD SPLASHES AT NORTH FACING WALL NEXT TO 2DR REFRIGERATOR.
MUST CLEAN FLOOR CORNERS AT WALK-IN COOLER, AT MAIN KITCHEN UNDER HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND UNDER DISH MACHINE.
