The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN REAR STORAGE AROUND MOP AND 3-COMP. SINK AND IN WALK-IN COOLER. ELEVATE ALL STOCK ITEMS 6' OFF THE FLOOR IN REAR STORAGE.
