Ceiling and walls in employees locker room, boy's 4th floor toilet room, dry goods storage room, 1st. floor utility closet, above three compartment sink not maintained. Instructed to remove peeling paint, seal openings and gap and repaint walls and ceiling.
Unnecessary articles stored in unused teacher's lounge. Instructed to remove all unsed articles and elevate supplies 6 inches or higher and away from wall.
Exhaust hood and filters not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
Storage cabinets under serving line not maintained. Instructed to apply non-toxic sealant to seal surface. Unused walk-in coolers not maintained(doors have been removed) and unit disconnected. Instructed to remove all parts and seal opening.
Faucet not maintained at three compartment sink-left side(middle) and first floor utility sink backlfow preventer leaking. Instructed to repair to prevent leaks at both faucets.
