All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN THE COOKING EQUIPMENT,HOOD ABOVE AND THE FRYER CABINETS BELOW. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN SAME.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDER THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT. ALSO CHANGE THE MOP HEADS OFTEN BECAUSE OF THE SLIPPERY FLOORS WHEN WET.
