GAP BETWEEN WALL AND WALL COVERING RIGHT OF 2 COMPARTMENT SINK IN KITCHEN. GAP BETWEEN BASE TILE AND WALL UNDER SAME SINK. MUST SEAL ALL GAPS TO PREVENT PEST ACCESS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN ACCUMULATED DEBRIS FROM THE FOLLOWING FLOORS: CLOSET LEFT OF LOBBY, CHEMICAL STORAGE ROOM ACROSS FROM KITCHEN, SCATTERED THROUGHOUT BASEMENT AS NEEDED, ALONG WALLS BY VENDING MACHINES AND IN DRY STORAGE ROOM AND AROUND GREASE TRAP UNDER DISH MACHINE.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. MISSING BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES ON MOP SINKS ON 1ST, 2ND, 4TH AND 5TH FLOORS AND ON COTHES WASHING MACHINES. INSTALL DEVICES OR REMOVE THREADS. TOILET IN BASEMENT NON-FOOD STORAGE ROOM (SOUTHWEST). MUST REMOVE TOILET OR ITEMS STORED IN ROOM.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. PROVIDE COVER FOR OUTSIDE GARBAGE CANS. ACCUMULATED ICE ON PIPES NEXT TO COMPRESSOR IN WALK IN FREEZER MUST BE REMOVED.
