FOUND OV ER 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN CABINET BEHIND DESSERT COOLER IN FRONT, OVER 3 UNDER HANDSINK IN REAR PREP AREA. ALSO NOTED 1 LIVE COCKROACH IN STORAGE AREA BETWEEN PREP AREAS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CONTACT HIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY AND CONTROL ACTIVITY.

REMOVE STRING USED FOR HANDLE ON STAND UP COOLER IN REAR STORAGE AREA AND REPLACE HANDLE. REPAIR GASKETS ON SAME UNIT. REPAIR BROKEN HANDLE FOR MOP SINK.
