  • VIOLATION OF SECTION 6-301.14 A handwashing sign is not posted at all handwashing sinks used by food employees, specifically: Rear hand-washing sink does not have a sign reminding food handlers to wash their hands. Also, the glove dispenser is directly under the paper towel dispenser so it is subject to splash/drips. REQUIRED CORRECTION: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing lavatories used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.
