Discussed with the owner about the complaint. Indeed yes the food handlers were touching RTE food with their bare hands and employees did not wear hair restraints. I explained and educated each one of them on how food must be protected from cross contamination and how to minimize foodborne illness at this restaurant. Some other critical violations were cited.
