Complaint Notes: Discussed with the restaurant manager about the dishwashing machine, it is fixed and working. I discussed sanitation protocols, the trash and grease collection, I went through all Steritech Pest's invoices, the Pest Control/rodents activity,last pest inspection dated 10/15/2012. NO evidences of rodents, or any malpractices or safety concerns were seen.
