The establishment does not have an employee health policy regarding the prevention of foodborne illness. I provided the establishment with a copy of the DC Food Code employee medical referral, reporting agreement, and interview forms. - Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
Five (5) of the open display refrigerators were not turned on prior to my arrival. Two (2) of the units have not reached an ambient air temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. - Insects, rodents, & animals not present
There are three (3) missing ceiling tiles on the service line towards the rear of the establishment. - Nonfood-contact surfaces clean
There is construction debris and moisture on the 3-compartment sink drain board and garbage disposal unit (food waste grinder). - Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
