Lettuce in the lettuce refrigerators were between 47�°F-52�°F.
The door gasket on the reach in dessert refrigerator was torn.
A thermometer was not present in the reach in dessert refrigerator at the time of inspection.
Multiple scoops throughout the facility were stored touching the product. A scoop that did not contain a handle was stored in the container of rice flour.
