An unapproved employee beverage was observed at the cook line, next to the hand sink. An approved employee beverage was stored above the preparation table across from the preparation sinks.
Meatballs were 49�°F in the pizza preparation area cold-top refrigerator.
Cold water was not present at the hand sink across from the ice machine. Hot water was not present in the employee restroom.
Soap was not present at the pizza preparation hand sink or the bar hand sink. Paper towels were not present in the women's restroom, next to the bar.
