Several cutting boards in the front wait station and on the cook line were scored. The door gasket on the front wait station reach-in freezer was torn. The door gasket on the front wait station reach-in refrigerator was torn. The caulking on the three compartment sink and the cook line hood was torn. Several door gaskets on the cook line reach-in refrigerators were torn. Several plastic containers on the cook line cold-top refrigerator were chipped. The door gasket on the wine reach-in refrigerator at the bar was torn. The caulking on the dish machine drain board was torn. The caulking on the dish machine area hand sink was soiled with mold.
