Detailed cleaning is needed on: the interior and door gaskets of refrigeration units, the wire shelving, the exterior of equipment, the undersides of the fryers, and the lower shelves and legs of equipment.

G.C. Several food items were found in refrigeration units (cheese, frozen chicken, etc.) with no lids or coverings. Place all food items in approved closeable containers once the original packaging has been opened.

G.C. The toilet in the men's rest room was leaking around the fresh water inlet at the time of this inspection. A repair person was called by the manager and this item was repaired immediately.

Repair or replace the torn door gaskets on refrigeration units throughout the facility. Repair or replace the damaged wire shelving in the reach in coolers. Reseal the sinks and tables to the walls. Reseal the splash shield to the hand wash sink on the unit adjacent to the fryers.
- Proper employee beverage or tobacco use
Several employee beverages were found stored improperly on food prep surfaces with out lids and straws. All employee beverages must be stored on lower shelves away from all foods contact surfaces with lids and straws. The use of beverages with screw top lids is discouraged due to the constant manipulation by the employee of the mouth contact surfaces. An employee's coat was found hanging on the buffalo chopper. Place all employee items in storage in approved areas away from all food contact surfaces.
