- Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food held using time as a public health control then placed back in the walk in cooler - platter of fruit and cut melon and potato salad held on time, but instead of discarded, TCS foods were placed back in cooler at temperatures of 46-47F. Corrected On Site.
- Plumbing system in disrepair. Food disposal unit in dishwash area is not functioning. Dishwasher is passing plates through machine to rinse off food debris then again for normal wash/rinse/sanitize.
