The service and Treatment that I received from this store was TERRIBLE!!!!! I can into this store to ask for a new container of French fries considering the ones that I received in the drive through where very cold! I gave the fries back to the cashier and noticed the manager putting fries into the bags of other customers so I assumed there was a fresh batch that just came up so I asked for some as she walked by me for the second time. I let the manager Karen know that I came from the drive thru and have been waiting on just fries for the last 2 to 3 minutes. She advises me that the fries in the holder are the same cold ones she is giving out and if i wanted more i needed to wait! I was told in an aggressive manner by Karen that the only fries we have are those! I ask her was she ok because she was slapping her hands toward me along with an attitude and she processed to say aggressively "are you!!" I then asked for my money back and she proceed to go on and on how this is her store! she them tried to give me a refund for just fries when I paid for a whole meal! I told her no I need all my money back!! As we both went back and forth in front of all the customers and other employees I guess she decided to use her force and told me she wants me out of her store!! (keep in mind still haven't got all my money back) Karen now is yelling and threaten to call the police so I said please do because I, the customer, haven't done anything wrong! I stayed and waited for the police to come and I explained to the cop what was going on. Even while the cop is talking to me she started to yell and walk toward me to the point the cop had to tell her to be quite twice and stay over there!! this was so embarrassing and shameful!! I do feel as though I was racially profiled!! all the way up to the end she could not tell the cop or me why she called the police! This lady pointed her hand in my face, yelled in my face, walked around the store to point at the wall to let me know this is her store and she makes the rules!!! I will never of course go back to this McDonalds ever ,ever ,ever again!! Its sad to think that some fast food restaurants cant provide service as a five star restaurant! Service is service no matter where or how much a meal cost! To top it off I Lost four clients that day due to me not showing up on time because a women decided to call the police on me because she said she can!! This could have been worst!
